Looking for a Regional Head, at AVP Level, for a bank
Key Skills :
- This person will be responsible to start business in Vidarbha, MP and Gujarat.
- Once the business reaches a decent level we will create more regional head positions.
- He should have experience in a Bank/ NBFC/MFI-NBFC on the lending side ( Retail Lending/ Agri Lending / Micro finance lending).
- Graduate preferably with a management degree/ diploma.
- To start with he need to handle around 5 cluster heads.
- Good leadership qualities, domain expertise in rural/agri/micro finance lending, sales orientation, team management skills, problem solving ability etc.
