Reportees: Channel Managers
Key Activities / Accountabilities
1. Lead a Team of Channel Managers who would :
- Create Financial Advisors / Sub-Broker / Broker Channel
- Recruitment / Training of Channel Partners.
- Getting Productivities From Channel In IPO Distribution, Bonds Distribution, Insurance Distribution, Mutual Fund Distribution, Distribution of Fixed Deposits and other financial products distributed by the Company.
- Expanding Reach Through The Channel Partners.
- Effectively Execute Contests Etc. To Enhance Channel Productivity.
- Execute recognition Initiatives To Keep The Channel Gunning For More And More Business.
- Constantly Service The Channel Partners.
2. Responsible for achievement of Targets of the Area/Zone allotted.
3. Induction of A &B category sub brokers and servicing of the same
4. Responsible for Revenue generation through the distribution of various financial products through channel partners/ direct teams
5. Recruitment of suitable candidates and driving the teams to achieve targets/budgets and keeping the teams motivated
6. Coming up with strategies and implementing strategies in coordination with HO to enhance sales and revenue
Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
Qualification Needed : Graduation / Post Graduation
Total Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years in Broking/Distribution/ Financial Sector
Max Ctc off : 15 L
