Job Responsibilities:-

- To provide strong overall leadership and planning of activities/initiatives to a designated region of Clusters with a core focus on increasing profitability.

- You will manage the full the sales cycle by overseeing the acquisition of new business, deepening existing customer relationships and maintaining operational efficiency.

- You will also drive customer service levels and look for areas to improve client satisfaction.

- Compliance is a key area of focus - maintaining group wide operation standards and regulations, KYC & AML policies, risk controls and procedures are all critical.
