Strategy & Planning
- Provide guidance to the Regional Team Leads to plan and achieve the Team Goals
- Provide inputs to team for planning to achieve annual targets for the region
- Strategic Planning on Business Growth
Financials & Team Operations
- Ensure achievement of target revenues for the Region into Perm & RPO Business
- Ensure availability of sufficient mandates for the team to deliver targets
- Ensure timely delivery on mandates with TAT
- Ensure achievement of budgets
- Ensure resource allocation within team
- Monitor teams performance through activity management, periodic reviews and suggest corrective actions
- Monitor and control costs and improve productivity
People Management
- Responsible for recruitment of direct reportees and other critical resources
- Responsible for induction and on - boarding of new recruits
- Provide guidance and coaching to team
- Motivate and empower teams to deliver team goals
- Identify training needs and plan development activities along with Business Head and Training team
Business Development
- Work closely with Sales RM for creating pipeline & enhancing business opportunities
- Generate new business from existing clients through better client servicing and delivery
