We are looking for a seasoned professional at a Regional role for North Location for a fast-growing & leading digital auto portal that provides a one stop solution to its users for selling or buying cars along with offering sales support services. As a Regional Head responsible owning the complete P&L, Strategy and Business expansion for Consumer Auctions Business. We are looking for an individual with Strategic and Analytical mind-set with a flair of Entrepreneurship & Innovation coming from B2C background.

- You must have experience in successfully managing large team at Regional level (80-120 individuals), strong P&L management experience and good know how of the North Market.

- As an individual we are looking for an MBA post graduate from top B schools coming from leading Ecommerce, Internet, Auto-tech, FMCG/FMCD background with a proven background in starting business from scratch and growth it.

- Owning & managing P&L for Consumer Auctions business

- Leading the Regional Retail team, operating stores in the market and the Sales operations in the region, responsible to liquidate the cars inventory

- Taking end to end responsibility of the input and the output matrix driving the business, manage a big team on both Retail & Sales side in delivering results

- Evaluating opportunities for securing & expanding business with designing & creating new strategies for driving business growth

- Leading a team of 100+ people for managing the responsibility of P&L ( North) for driving the growth and strategy of used car business vertical

- Owning and driving the revenue and P&L along with ideating and implementing go to market & growth expansion strategies

- Making data backed analytical business decision by predicting, controlling, reducing business risk using data.


- A visionary & effective leader at a Regional level role with strong Consulting + Sales + P&L background with entrepreneurial & analytical mind-set having Masters /MBA from Top B school from Ecommerce, Internet, Auto-tech, FMCG/FMCD background.

- 8-12 yrs of experience in Sales, Business expansion (and starting business from scratch), Strategizing & Implementation, P&L management

- Proven experience in leadership of Automotive & Industrial OEM, Auto tech Sales with strong market know how and proficiency in Business Strategy.

- Strong experience in managing large teams at Regional level (100+)

- Practical experience in running operations in a fast paced growth environment

- Strong record of enhancing client experience / client delight and surpassing the revenue & profitability targets for the organization.

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

- Proactive, independent, hungry, analytical and focused individual with a strong operational & strategic mind set with an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.


- A high visibility role, acting as a strong support to the leadership team

- Working in an impactful role which requires a mix of operational expertise and strategic planning while discovering business potential and influencing business decisions.
