A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT: - A visionary &amp; effective leader at a Regional level role with strong Consulting + Sales + P&amp;L background with entrepreneurial &amp; analytical mind-set having Masters /MBA from Top B school from Ecommerce, Internet, Auto-tech, FMCG/FMCD background. - 8-12 yrs of experience in Sales, Business expansion (and starting business from scratch), Strategizing &amp; Implementation, P&amp;L management - Proven experience in leadership of Automotive &amp; Industrial OEM, Auto tech Sales with strong market know how and proficiency in Business Strategy. - Strong experience in managing large teams at Regional level (100+) - Practical experience in running operations in a fast paced growth environment - Strong record of enhancing client experience / client delight and surpassing the revenue &amp; profitability targets for the organization. - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills - Proactive, independent, hungry, analytical and focused individual with a strong operational &amp; strategic mind set with an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
