Job Description : The individual will be responsible to drive the entire Region's operations across all cities that the client expands to, in coordination with all the operations verticals e.g. F&B, horticulture, front office etc.

- Operations management

- Cost control

- 100% quality control

- Managing multiple centres

- Hygiene checks

- Safety checks

- Audits for all centres

- SOP's for each vertical

- Managing the overall F&B, horticulture, front office, housekeeping, security, trainings, MEP departments.

- Responsible for the overall experience of a client

- Client Service

- Property Maintenance

- Landlord Relationship

- Customer retention

- Reporting to senior management

Profile :

- Must have worked on Minimum 3-5 million sq. ft. area.

- Minimum experience of 10 Years.

- Must be from A-grade hotel chain or real estate organisation.

- Must have handled a team across all verticals.
