Project /Practice Management :
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Project Accounting :
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manage project budget.
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Financial Management :
- Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
- Understand pricing model and billing procedures.
- Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
- Assure project legal documents are completed and signed.
Business Development :
- Identify business development.
- Lead proposal efforts including completing project scoping.
- Effectively convey our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
Communication :
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team.
- Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
- Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Technical Understanding :
- Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Understand Internet, Intranet, Extranet.
- Possess a thorough understanding of our capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
Leadership :
- Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
- Manage the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests.

- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Leads internal teams/task forces
- Approve team members- time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.
- Review the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Comply with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
