Job Profile : - Total responsibility and accountability of institutional sales in assigned territory - Mapping of assigned geography &amp; market - Funnel creation and enrichment - Working with indirect channels - Collaborate and strategise with other institutional business Colleagues for hospital groups - Prepare KAM Blue Sheets - Identify key stakeholders, decision maker's coach, adversaries in each major account and map them with their relative influence on the deal and identify strategies to capitalize opportunities and mitigate risks - Work with internal stakeholders to meet client needs Key Functional Requirements : - Should have catered to hospitals - Experience in handling multiple strategic key hospital accounts in desired territory - Ready access to hospital CXOs - 8-12 years relevant industry experience - min 2-3 years or KAM or Team leadership - Preferably, technically qualified
