Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional B2B sales strategy and execution across assigned geographies.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key distribution partners.
- Drive sales targets, monitor AUM growth, and ensure partner engagement.
- Mentor and guide a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, product updates, and operations support.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic direction to the region's growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-12 years of experience in mutual fund distribution/channel sales.
- Strong distribution network and deep understanding of B2B channel dynamics.
- Leadership skills with a track record of driving regional performance.
- AMFI/NISM certification is mandatory.
