- Responsible for driving microfinance business (priority sector lending, financial inclusion)through a dedicated team
- Experience of building new branches/portfolio
- Planning of daily logins of new clients and disbursements to achieve daily targets.
- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of Operations with a regular synchronization with other support functions such as HR, Audit, Training, Finance & accounts
- Responsible for new Business development opening and expanding new Branches as per organizational goals.
- Adherence to Audit & Compliance standards which ensures quality business growth.
- Manpower planning and hiring Responsible for Hiring and expanding sales team as per business growth.
- Member Help Line Adherence- Ensuring smooth process and satisfactory customer service.
- External affairs management: Ensuring that cordial relationships are maintained with external stakeholders that may include micro finance regulators, banks, political parties.
