Regional Head - LAP & Business Loan - NBFC (8-15 yrs)
- In-charge for Loan against property & Business Loan for Mumbai Region.
- Managing a team and DSA Channel.
- Recruitment and handling of team of Relationship Manager/Sales Managers/Location Manager with Direct Sales Team to acquire new business from open Market and Business Associates. Focus on sales team, training and motivating them to ensure Productivity & Profitability.
- Responsible for increase revenues of Branches by ensuring acquisition of new customers through various channels including DSA/DST/Corporate Channel ,Builders, Connectors, Leads from Central Marketing Team & Tele calling team.
- Offering complete financing solutions and loan repayment structures to customers as per their needs
- Tracking productivity and performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual and group targets through sales management process.e.g daily sales report, demand funnel.
