Regional Head - Interior Projects

Looking for a resource who has good experience into Corporate offices fit-outs. Should be well versed with the execution of the corporate office interiors projects.

- To overlook the entire region and will be responsible for getting the projects executed on time.

- Responsible for the growth of business in the Region. Will be responsible to increase the revenue by getting new projects.

- To maintain relationships with the clients, PMCs.

- Oversees every aspect of the projects of the assigned region and handle the escalations at his level.

- Ensure all project schedules, budgets, for all aspects are maintained and quality standards are upheld for all times.

- Conduct regular meetings with execution team to assess the progress of the project, deviations if any and take appropriate action.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Good communication skills

- Preferably from PMC background

- Expertise in corporate interior projects

- Good relations with the architects, PMCs.
