Regional Head - Human Resources - South - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD (10-20 yrs)
Regional Head HR - South Region - Tamil Speaking mandatory
Location : Chennai
Qualification : MBA from a premier institute preferred - FULL TIME only
- Manage end to end HR function
- Setup HR process for the region.
- Handling Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition, Retention, PMS, OD, L&D and IR related knowledge preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Core HR activities
- Experience in Retail/ Automobile/ Telecom / Ecommerce /Telecom industry preferred
- Should have handled a team
- Excellent verbal & Written Communication skills
