Regional Head - Human Resource - Technology Vertical - Bank - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

One of our Clients, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Regional HR Head for the Technology vertical based at Mumbai.

- The incumbent should be a MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 + Institute with 8-10 years experience in the IT / Technology industry.

- The person should have managed a team under him/her with exposure to entire gamut of HR activities.

- The individual would manage the key stake holders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.

- The position would report to the Vertical Head HR.
