Brief Summary on Role:
- To establish & institutionalize robust alignment to HR processes & delivery mechanism spanning various aspects of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capability and Culture building in line with the operating plan to achieve long-term vision for the zone.

- Business Partnering for the South Region workforce of Direct and Indirect employees, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions for Region; such as Compensation, talent acquisition, induction, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes in the region - Resourcing, Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement for Capability Development.
Manpower Planning & Resourcing :
- Capability building and Talent Management for career progression through structured interventions
- Discuss and plan with the Zonal Head on manpower planning, recruitment and budget for regional teams for the fiscal in line with the guiding principles of hiring.
- Ensure hiring is aligned to the agreed 'Talent Mix' comprising of lateral hires and internal promotes.
- Executing the Functional Capability Agenda in the region as laid down.
- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.
- Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality - Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360-degree feedback discussions.
- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary bench-marking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication for the Region.
- Carry out the Annual Goal setting exercise in close liaison with the RSM. Define & Cascade KRAs & Measure of Performance (MOPs) for the Sales population.
- Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Anchored Zonal level engagement initiatives at the location.
- Handle performance management system for the employees.
- To implement revised processes of HR Operations delivery to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.
- Managed other HR operations.
- Crystallize & define development plans enabling accelerated career path for the HIPOs in the region among Sales Force.
- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.
