Regional Head HR - West
Relationship :
Understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
Proactively use productivity reports to identify associates growth & bring these to management attention and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address issues early
Advise, challenge, coach and support Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)
Talent Management and Resourcing :
- Develop resourcing strategies to support the business and new business
- Support managers to identify and manage high performing / high potential individuals and ensure succession is in place for key positions
- Facilitate the identification of talent, key positions & succession plans at all levels
- Work with managers to identify future people requirements.
- Analyze trends and work with Business Head to manage resource forecasting and planning.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Execute Job Evaluation for roles Grade E8 and below.
- Design and deliver reward strategy in line with business needs and in conjunction with C&B
Learning and Development :
- Identify Learning & Development needs across the designated client group and propose appropriate solutions
- Contribute to the development of courses - in-house or external and constantly evaluate training programmes in partnership with the Learning & Development Team.
Employee Relations :
- Act as the primary interface with the employee for issues and inquiries which relate to assigned groups.
- Support the delivery of effective and efficient employee relations through a detailed understanding of HR Operations.
