Job Summary:

The position holder will take care of all HR and Admin activities for the Region. The key responsibilities for this role are recruitment of frontline sales staff, on-boarding, training, employee life-cycle management, day to day office infrastructure and administration related activities. The role involves managing a team of HR and Admin professionals, working closely with regional leadership team as regional HR Business Partner and ensure proper implementation of various company standards and policies.

Key Tasks:

- Manpower planning with Regional Business Leaders

- Talent Acquisition/Recruitment for the frontline sales and client servicing roles

- On-boarding, Induction and On-job training of New Joiners

- Career progression, Promotions, Increments and annual appraisals

- Attendance and Performance Management including top quartile and bottom quartile management

- Employee Queries and Problem Resolutions

- Plan and organize Employee Engagement events, Open Houses and One on One Connects

- Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interview

- Branch Office Operations, Infrastructure and Administration Activities

- Prepare and circulate manpower related reports for the region

- Manage cost of recruitment by ensuring proper source mix for candidates

- Manage Local HR and Admin Vendors


- An MBA from a top tier college

- At least 80% or equivalent in Class X & XII


- 3+ Years of relevant experience of which last 12-18 months should be in a Team Leader Role

- Experience of working as HR Business Partner for a team of Field Sales/Servicing executives would be added advantage
