Regional Head - West Bengal for Housing loan vertical of a leading Bank

Base Location : Kolkata ( west Bengal

Age, Qualification & Experience : Upto 50 years, Any Graduate (Preferably from Commerce background) and minimum 18-25 years of relevant Experience. Good computer skill and local language knowledge is essential.

- Creating awareness and establishing Company Brand in the assigned region

- Maintain healthy recovery performance.

- Ensure excellent customer services by retail teams .

- Provide an effective leadership to Retail teams in terms of recruitment and retention of the most eligible staff, ensuring their training, imbibing Company's work culture and enhancing morale of the teams.

- Management, supervision and control of all aspects of business. Ensure compliance of Audits and Statutory Laws/Regulatory Guidelines.
