Job Description :


- Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering colleges and Post Graduate from Tier 1/2 Management colleges with exceptional academic performance.

- 5-10 years of frontline Sales or Operational experience and P&L Management at a regional level

ROLE :


This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of managing a regional PnL for Tech-Logistics Company.

The person should have high drive to meet targets and should be able to lead cross functional team effectively. Candidate will be working closely with National Business head towards creating a high performing team which can deliver targets for a high growth company.

- Responsible for revenue (growth) for the region.

- Work closely with Business development team to increase Wallet Share of clients by capitalizing on upselling opportunities.

- P&L Management of the region.

- Build and develop the required team to achieve the targets

- Drive operational efficiencies to maintain Service levels and expand margins of the region.

- Build and implement processes to increase the overall efficiency and reliability of the region

- Have an account management perspective and work with enterprises on a strategic level to improve their performance and responsible for client success.

- Lead focused, collaborative and cross-functional projects for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization's goals.

- Drive change management to ensure efficient implementations of any new strategic change.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders like Finance, Product, Sales and New initiatives with the objective to drive stakeholder success
