Position- Regional Manager- Foods- FMCG - Karnataka

Location- Bangalore

Job profile-

This is a Quota carrying role. He / She will carry the revenue target for the regions under them.

1. Managing Blue Collar and Well as the Back-office team

a. Direct team will include approx. good members of Sales & Drivers team

b. Leading the Marketing, HR and Accounts teams through a Matrix Reporting

c. Will be managing relationship with company's retail partners - both from the Modern Trade as well as General Trade.

2. Expected to leadership position in the Fresh Food segment in these markets

3. Expected to introduce to other cities in Karnataka region through a distributor network.

Desired Candidate Profile

c) Must be familiar with Karnataka Market. Must know the Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli and Mangalore retail market.

d) Must have demonstrated experience in managing a large diverse team. Must be a people manager / motivator / leader
