We have an opening with one of the ICT company for Regional Head BD - Bangalore.

- They are looking to hire somebody for the Regional Head - Enterprise Sales Channel role. The candidate must have experience in Leading a Team for the south-region.
- They should be from hardcore IT Services sales background and will be responsible to lead and manage a team of 6-8 members (AM- s, BDM- s, and other Senior Managers).
- Respective person will be responsible for P&L of the company and must have experience in Data Centre- s, Cloud services and IT infrastructure through Direct Sales Channel Partners.
Responsibilities:
- To set the overall objectives of the team for revenue, performance, execution and overall business process adherence.
- Knowledge of best practice in the sales & Marketing domain.
- Team Leadership and People Management skills.
- Strong communication and Presentation skills
- Sound Industry, Domain and Product/Services sales knowledge.
- To own the targets of the entire team and ensure optimization of targets.
- To achieve 100% revenues as envisaged each Quarter through Channel Business.
- To Spear Head new initiatives- new product development, New packages for various market segments.
- Expansion of markets beyond the metros
- To identify new clients and generate more business from existing clientele.
- Compliance in terms of reports, Audit and adherence to timelines.
- To liaise with other departments and ensure the sales team delivers assignments in stipulated time.
- Resulted Oriented and Client centric.
- Understanding of the business processes and standards
- Ability to guide and motive a team of professionals and maintain discipline and decorum.
- Process Orientation & Time Management.
Required :
1. Experience in selling of DC solutions/cloud based
2. Have experience catering to BFSI and PSU sector.
3. Mostly handling south India region.
