Hiring for 'Regional Head' for a leading company in education sector with national presence. The company is the Indian partner of one of the world's leading Test Prep companies.
The position holder will be responsible for maximizing value for all stake holders by efficiently managing and expanding the operations of metro location and sub locations as a profit center.
The key accountability will include :
Responsible for P&L for the region in Retail and Channel respectively.
- Execute Business Development plan with Listed Institutional Partners for the region as per the agreed Annual Plan.
- Responsible for Seamless Operations leading to Targeted CSAT.
- Ensure Operational cost controls.
- Ensure adherence to Operational process and Compliances.
- Retain & Engage manpower to achieve targeted ESAT Scores
- Execute Marketing and brand promotions.
- Track and monitor the competitive landscape.
- Monitor and Control Channel Partners.
- Implement Planned HO & Zonal Marketing and brand promotion campaigns
- Plan Centre Audits and ensure compliances as per SOP
Desired candidate profile :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in retail sales in a B2C environment. Profiles with education industry background will be given preference.
- Minimum Four years of experience in handling large sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Ability to consolidate and analyze data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth.
- Leadership skills.
- Good command over MS Office specially Excel
- Good Working Knowledge of Business Processes in terms of Retail Sales and B to C interface.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to deliver under stretched timelines is mandatory.
