Regional Head - Distribution - BFS

Job Description :

1. Maintain Relationship with Master Sub Broker/ Sub Brokers / IFA for third party product distribution .

2. Provide End to end solutions to Sub Broker keeping in view of generating revenue.

3. Retention of the Sub Broker / Team Members

4. Organizing Marketing Campaigns for driving Tax Free Bonds/ Infrastructure Bonds / Equity IPO's / Structured Products / PMS / FD Business / Mutual Funds through team handling direct clients and Sub Brokers

5. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services

6. Strict adherence to compliance with the organizations policies in all interactions.

7. Help Sub Broker in business expansion

8. Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix

9. MIS reporting as required by the management at regular intervals

10. Recruit and train manpower on business and products

11.Ensure to organize regular business associate meets, to train and update them on various products & business promotion

12. Ensure that region achieves the product wise targets, both in terms of volume and revenue, as per the business plan

13. Maintain Profitability - Meet revenue and P&L targets up to PBT levels
