Regional Head - Direct Marketing - Life Insurance (10-19 yrs)
We have one very urgent position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location.
BASE LOCATION : Delhi
OFFERED CTC : Negotiable + Incentives ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION : Regional Head - Direct Marketing [ North + East ]
SPAN OF CONTROL : Delhi/NCR/Punjab/Rajasthan/UP/Orissa/West Bengal
Repotees : 7-8 Area Managers & 150+ FLS reporting will be there.
KEY PURPOSE :
- To recruit & develop a team of Area managers & Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
- Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
- Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of client company products into specified target segments.
- Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
- Ensure Training and Development of the team.
PROFILE :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate currently handling a zone & above.
- From Insurance Direct Marketing Channel.
- Current team handling mandatory.
