Regional Head - Delivery & Operations - Telecom NSS/OSS & BSS

Seeking an experienced candidate to Regional Head the Delivery & Operations Function reporting to CTO. We're looking for a talented and highly motivated candidate to support our rapidly growing and evolving businesses globally. In this position you will be responsible for the below:

Project and Operations Management:

Must to have skills

- Responsible for entire region project delivery and Managed services assurance post production.

- Managing overall operations for executing projects involving scoping, Solution designing, project planning, resource mobilization, execution within cost & time parameters.

- Strong knowledge of project delivery

- Minimum 3 years of 24x7 Managed services assurance experience

- Minimum 3 years Software Programming and development experience.

- Co-ordinate demos and Proof of concepts Products

- Strong knowledge in Telecom billing / core / Packet switching / VAS products

- Proven experience in managing large telecom projects preferably MVNX environment.

- Monitoring / tracking program with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects; defining best practices for program support and documentation.

- International client handling experience.

- Well communication and strong intra-personal skills.

- Willing to work in respective time zones as per the business requirement.

Technical

- Must: 20+ yrs experience in Telecom NSS/OSS and BSS.

- Must: In-depth Technical knowledge on IN/VAS and Billing Products, Core telecom products like CS Core and Packet Core technologies etc.,

- Must: Very good Knowledge in 4G/VOLTE/VoWIFI and IMS.

- Must: Engage in support to presales solution activities, focusing in formulating solution with Solution architecture team.

- Must: Responsibility of doing end to end network Solution Designing based on BRD/TSP/SoW, in coordination with Presales Team and finalizing the solution.

- Preferred: Knowledge in Web based BSS products like CRM, Order Management, POS etc.,

- Preferred: Strong Knowledge in Software Deployment/Testing activities and Network Integration.
