Regional Head - Customer/Trade Marketing - Consumer Goods (10-15 yrs)

we have an urgent role with one of the biggest MNC into consumer goods at Delhi

Role: Regional Customer Marketing Head (Female Only)

CTC : 60-75 Lacs

- The role helps to lay out brand/cluster Gameplan by prioritizing inputs thereby ensuring Brand Health and meet brand wise P&L objectives.

- The role requires to design and implement customer marketing activities that will help achieve market share ambitions of all the brands /portfolio in the region

- Develop and execute the Trade marketing strategy which would include Trade Marketing programs, improvement of brand performance, analysis and prediction of industry trends and driving the right conversations to ensure achievement of market share gain

Qualification: - MBA in Sales & Marketing

Knowledge & skills: 


- Planning, budgeting, execution and review.

- Communication & negotiation skills

- Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness

- Channel Partnership related experience

- Decisive & effective problem-solving ability

- Very strong analytical/ reasoning skills both qualitative & quantitative

- Detail orientation, strong organizational skills

- Strong ROI orientation

- Has an ability to see the bigger picture without missing out on details

- Someone who can thrive in a matrix structure

- Can come up with completely radical ideas

1. Drive brand performance :

- Plan for market share gains

- Formalize the right TTL input mix for achieving the target and review mechanisms for its monitoring

2. Implement Brand Strategy :

- Design and ensure implementation of image building activities to enhance brand image and consumer promotions to ensure brand visibility, awareness, and recall

- Oversee creation and execution of annual/quarterly calendar for Regional Customer Marketing programs 

- Conduct feasibility studies for new products to be launched, and ensure generation of trials for the brands

- Oversee vendor management with respect to selecting and evaluating vendors

- Work in coordination with the HO brand teams, HO customer marketing teams and the regional sales teams, to ensure enhancement of brand equity and achievement of sales targets in the respective outlets

- Conduct detailed activation planning in line national calendar for FY and every quarter

- Be responsible for Budget ownership and allocation

- Be Accountable for execution of channel programs and brand level activations

- Oversee Outdoor visibility planning

- Maintain relationship with key internal/external stakeholders and invest in capability building in the Customer Marketing function

- Monitor and track execution for all Regional Customer Marketing programs through Key Account Head/Regional Customer Marketing Managers.

- Coach and mentor the team

- Help design career path and facilitate people development activities

4. Drive process :

- Oversee communication, discussion, and alignment of calendar inputs

- Supervise activation M&E review and linkage of inputs to volume forecasts

- Guide the build-up of the aligned forecast for national consensus

5. Accounting governance :

- Be responsible for compliance, Auditory compliance.
