Purpose:
Provide marketing equipment department leadership to insure that the business objectives for the assigned units towards customer needs for equipment service & installation, cost & productivity, quality, system & processes are aligned to directed towards meeting the AOP. To insure sales and service are linked to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Availability
- Equipment Placement & Redeployment planning & execution
- Control & Effective Utilization of asset base and ensure the system to track asset in the market
- Quality refurbishment of defective marketing market equipment
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Effectively manage service operation & minimize equipment downtown, effective implementation of preventive maintenance to improve the life of equipment
- Lead time is minimized
Cost & Productivity:
- Device systems & controls for improving productivity and reducing costs
- Quarterly Forecasting the spare parts requirement & planning inventory in line with monthly consumption
Process Capability:
- Introduce & Sustain Best Practices, Processes & System to enhance organizational efficiency
- Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution for improving quality of execution
- Collect, Monitor and reinforce core work measures
Human Resources Capabilities:
- Train & Develop service leaders
- Lead and Monitor the performance of team members
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Years of experience : 15 years +, Customer service / vendor management/ market equipment management - Heating, Ventilating, air conditioning & refrigeration, consumer durable industry
