Regional Head - Credit - Bank

Company - Leading Cooperative Bank.

Designation - Regional Head.

Reporting to - Head - Credit.

Location - Bangalore.

Role -

1) Training to branch Staff regarding Credit policy, Credit Risk & Documentation on an ongoing basis.

2) Policies & reviewing the same & placing suggestions to Board for improving the efficiency of the team as well as the performance of the portfolio.

3) Analysis of the Portfolio vis a vis industry & suggesting to the Board of Directors for changes to be made in policies.

4) Reviewing the panel of Auditors for conducting Credit Audit.

5) Monitoring the entire process of Credit Appraisal & Sanctioning & review by ensuring compliance with credit policy.

Eligibility for the right candidate :

- Post Graduate / graduate from recognized college / university.

Experience -

(a) At least 3 years of experience as Regional Head in Nationalized Banks / Pvt. Sector Banks / Large Multistate Co-operative Banks (business mix more than5000 crores) OR (b) At Senior Management Level having experience in handling business mix more than `5000 crores from any Nationalized Banks / Pvt. Sector Banks.
