Regional Head - Corporate Structured Finance - North

Corporate Structured Product team provides tailor-made solutions at Holdco/ OpCo/ Promoter level. The solutions are structured to provide finance in a way that best fits the specific financial needs of customers.

Job Role:

- Handling team of RM and driving origination business for the entire North region.

- The role provides an opportunity to work across asset classes & sectors - senior secured loans/NCD, High Yield debt

- Client facing end-to-end deal lead - business & deal analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, negotiations

- Working with credit and taking ownership of driving the entire credit approval process with approvers

- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal.
