Regional Head - Corporate Salary & CASA

- Create and manage a team of qualified CEP & CASA personal bankers.

- Productivity per person, client activation, and cross-selling.

- Opening new accounts (savings and current) in the branch catchment area

- Reliable corporate salary account sourcing

- Manage the portfolio and activate newly opened accounts, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and grow wallet share of our banking products, such as insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and mutual funds.

- Take part in corporate induction and migration activities in the neighbourhood.

- Develop good relationships with internal teams to take advantage of the connections from SME

- Execute low-cost micromarketing campaigns near catchment areas to generate leads.
