Hiring for Regional Head Corporate Salary

Base: Mumbai

Reporting to: Zonal Head Corporate Salary

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for building, managing & driving the corporate salary business in the assigned region. The ASMs in the geography will report into the respective RH .

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review and identify business growth opportunities and ensure that share of business is increased through specific activities across locations Ensure that the sales teams focus on acquisition of new salary relationships by focusing on key corporate, internal relationships and new corporate being set-up in the country Ensure that sales team focus on new account acquisition from existing and new salary relationships by focusing on profitable corporate and grow our share in the number of accounts

- Ensure that new accounts get salary credit by month 3, existing accounts get continued salary credit, existing accounts enhance their value through focused campaigns and manage attrition by building stickiness Ensure that resource productivity benchmarks are achieved through regular review.

- Review competition offers and ensure competitive offering to existing corporates in discussion with product teamwork with other product groups to define product level strategies and action plan to increase product penetration Ensure retention of profitable business and develop strategies to increase our share of business in key corporates Review and monitor key channel objectives - Numbers & Value Growth, Salary Credit, Salary Upload Value, Cross-sell - and portfolio objectives like Account penetration, FD penetration, Digital penetration Review and monitor planned corporate visits and channel review by the team, ensure regular regional reviews and closure of actionable agreed .
