Company Description : Our client is a very large multinational org and is a leader in EdTech/e-Learning space providing higher education in areas such as Big data, Data Science, AI ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, etc. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - As a part of the company's Corporate Engagement team, lead the corporate outreach initiative in a territory/city. - Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporate as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates - Become a trusted partner for the corporate's upskilling &amp; re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering - Lead initiatives with Partners to create programs such as train &amp; hire, scholarships, hackathons that open new distribution channels for the company's products - Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping students and graduates to these requirements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students Skills :&nbsp;Sales, Channel Sales, and B2B Sales preferably selling experience of people/ training and recruitment solutions to businesses Qualification :&nbsp;MBA from tier 1 college Desired profile : - The candidate should have prior experience of heading a region/territory - Prior experience in identifying &amp; managing relationships with a wide range of leading corporates is a must-have - Total work Experience of 7-11 years, with a team handling experience, is required - Good communication and ability to drive strategic conversations is mandatory
