Regional Head - Cooperative Bank (15-20 yrs)
Company - Leading Cooperative Bank.
Role - Regional Head.
Reporting to - Head of Department.
Location - Mumbai, Nagpur , Goa.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for heading complete growth of Branches across the Region for their GL Growth, Operations, Compliance, P&L Management, Credit & Loan Administration, Recovery, NPA Management and Customer Service as well as leads the business development operations.
2. Leading the team of Branch Managers and Managers at Regional office to ensure optimum productivity.
3. Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products.
4. Meet sales & marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
Experience :
- Should have at least 15 years of Banking experience, particularly handling Senior Management role in Banking Operations, Managing team of 15-20 people.
- Salary Best in Industry.
