We are hiring for Regional Head for one of our clients is into Logistics & Supply chain (Warehousing & Transportation)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

15+ Years experience in the field of Contract Logistics Division (Warehousing)

Job Scope /Summary:

Lead, direct, and control all activities to meet the organizations short and long-term business objectives and to grow the revenue and profit of warehouse business in region by winning new business from new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

Any Engineer plus MBA/PG diploma in SCM or Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organizations overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities such as sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, that will contribute to the organisations short and long-term business goals.

- Manage the Regional Level Warehouse Facility and Business for Warehouse operations.

- Will be responsible for Regional Level Business Development and Operations of the warehouse business.

- Take adequate measures to monitor and analyze the performance of vendors , transporters, C&F Agents, pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms

- Good Negotiation skill with vendors and Very strong in man management

- Handle Warehouse operations.

- Handle warehouse Business and expansion of Regional warehouse business.

- Should have knowledge of Warehouse Management, Warehouse operations, Warehouse Business Development for given region.
