Regional Heads - Consumer Durables : North/East/West

The Company :

- A consumer durable manufacturer of international repute. One of the top 10 business houses in India, the company is known for an aggressive, yet participative management style that has seen sustained success.

- The company is now on a springboard for growth, with new products that target specific market segments and a focussed approach to build on its recent successes.

- They are currently seeking senior Sales professionals with a track record of successes and a hunger to catalyse their own and the company's capabilities.

Regional Manager - Sales

You will head sales for a business unit across a set of states. The key responsibility will be to rejuvenate and manage channel partners through a team of Sales Managers and achieve volume and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities will include :

- Achieving sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region.

- Increase market share for the assigned region.

- Strategic direction for driving the market shares in the division.

- Marketing programs/ BTL activities for the assigned region: Initiate, pilot, correct & scale-up.

- Optimization of funds flow and working capital to the dealerships.

- Ensure horizontal deployment of best practices.

- Rejuvenating /revamping dealer network, including identification of prospective dealers.

- Stock planning & supply chain management.

The roles will be across regions and locational mobility across the country or at least within the region would be important from a career growth perspective.

Your Profile :

We are seeking MBA's from premier institutes who have 10-15 years of sales experience in the FMCG/Consumer Durables/Consumer Services/Automobiles industries and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Key essentials will be Sales, Channel Development and Management, People Management and a strategic thought process.
