Develop and implement the sales objectives in line with the company's objectives to maximize sales volume, distribution and profit in the assigned territory through the efficient and effective utilization of resources. Accountable for ensuring that sales, business development, marketing, distribution, and people management objectives.
This position focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including :
- Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
In addition to the above, the incumbent will manage a geography independently to drive :
- Horizontal and Vertical sales.
- Improve per cap consumption by planning, executing, and reviewing retail execution strategies.
- Distributor management and relationships to establish long-term partners who are willing to invest in the company's plans.
- Drive and deliver topline, net sales revenues as well as city P&L.
- Manage relationship personally with top establishments in GT and HORECA.
- Ensure the right RTM and policies for GT and HORECA channels.
- Manage the team under the position to ensure effectivity and ROI of this investment.
