Leading Retail expansion for one brand at the regional Level
- Achieve no. of store openings in the markets identified as per the business plan
- Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site
- Streamline and formulate robust legal agreement for new stores with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords
- Having effective network with IPC, Consultants etc.
- Formulated Strategic Plans to expand network across the assigned territory in line with Company strategy
- Ownership of target and achievement with proper implementation of strategy
- Proper data analysis and idea to improve sales
- Review of Exclusive stores and plan for continuous improvement of customer experience
- Study the potential locations and develop new stores
Profile :
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail expansion for Retail or QSR Brands
- Candidates from the QSR Industries will be preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills with good computer knowledge
- Must have good leadership qualities; candidates with proven record of man management will be preferred
- High level of influencing skills and result oriented individual with great integrity
