Regional Head - Business Development - Currency Derivatives Business - North (10-15 yrs)
Responsible for driving Business Development initiative across the North Region. To empanel and acquire customers in Delhi and North Zone and lead a sales team for growing currency derivatives business of the Organisation.
Some Key responsibilities :
1. Strategically plan and implement initiatives to develop Currencies business across various locations within the Zone and manage Revenue, Profitability of the SBU
2. Drive the acquisition / relationship and dealing services across India for the HNI, Corporate & Institutional clients.
3. Responsible for driving volume in currency futures with focus on increasing the net income of the company.
4. Capable of putting together the required team with right experience and qualification.
5. Successfully introduce and handle new product launches
6. Create awareness about the product across Branches. Indulge in local promotional activities and knowledge building exercises for the wide network of offices.
7. Capable of imparting due training to the team and good in succession planning.
8. Monitoring Risk and ensure adherence to compliance policy of the company and as well as that of Regulatory Bodies
