Regional Head - Branch Banking Business (10-18 yrs)
- Heading complete Retail Banking of branches across the Region for their GL Growth, Operations, Compliance, P&L Management, Credit & Loan Administration and Customer Service.
- Leading the business development operations.
- Accountable for achievement of monthly branch wise sales targets across all products.
- Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region.
- Ensuring timely delivery upon the revenue budget for the entire region across all the products.
- Liaising with top HNI clients.
- Leading the team of Branch Managers to ensure optimum productivity.
- Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products.
- Meet sales & marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends & results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Facilitate customer oriented operations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms Banking Operations.
