Job Description : - Lead & manage the entire sales vertical of the region - Own complete P&L of the region and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business - Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals - Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions - Ideating, designing and executing regional strategies and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders - Lead, advice and support the regional business development team aligning them with the organizations vision Desired Profile : - 8-10 years of experience in B2B, Corporate, Institutional - MBA from TIER 1 B School/B.tech from IITs - Out of the box thinking and experimentation mindset with a proven record of overachieving the targets - Track record of having managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head- - P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills - Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes
