Regional Head - B2B Sales - Education (8-12 yrs)
As Regional Sales Head you will:
- Own the P&L, sales, operations of the region.
- Hire, train and manage a team of cluster managers and area managers across multiple locations.
- Provide direction to the sales team by developing, implementing, and monitoring the yearly and monthly sales plan progress.
- Be the custodian of revenue performance of the region and also be responsible for yield maximization.
- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders to formulate and execute sales strategy, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Skill Set and Experience:
- MBA from a reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience - edtech /education / startup/ ecommerce / new age consumer internet experience preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing large teams.
- Ability to scale the business rapidly / willing to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
