- MBA from a good institute.Strong preference for candidates with good exposure to preferably 2 Major states as State Heads in the respective region and have location flexibility.
- Good understanding of Related functions other than sales and Marketing.
- Proven Track record of performance,Leadership,Team Building and Management,Dealers&Distributors with Decent communication and presentation Skills.
- 16 to 20 years quality experience with growing & Dynamic Companies with Exposure to Tyres/ Batteries/Paints/Lubricants/Other Auto Products/ Very select FMCG Companies Essentially handled through strong dealer/Distributor channels in relevant territories
