Key responsibilities : - Lead new business development through leveraging your network and driving and expansion of partner network - Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams from POC to large deployments - Delivering successfully on enterprise quota targets - Regional leadership responsibility of driving new business and expansion of existing relationships. - Develop and expand senior/CXO level customer relationships through strong stakeholder management - Experience in enterprise sales - solution based selling, consultative selling ( with preferred experience in tech sales/Saas Sales), and comfortable working in startups - 8+ years of Sales experience, with experience in team management Skills and qualification: - MBA in Marketing/Finance/HR, BE/B.tech from a well recognized institution. - 8+ years of experience working in sales with min 2-3 years of team management experience - Strong knowledge of technology led products / HR/ Saas products sales preferred - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills - Ability to operate Independently and handle complex issues and problem solve. - Dedicated to achieving goals - Collaborate with pre-sales to respond to RFI/RFP and business solution along with basic tech feasibility - Strategic Planning and Execution
