Regional General Manager Sales

Company Profile:

A Global Leader in medical imaging , medical diagnostics, patient monitoring systems, drug discovery, bio pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, performance improvement and performance solutions services.

Job Responsibility:

- In this role, Regional General Manager will be responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in the region while simultaneously creating new relationships as per organization sales strategy.

- This is a very senior level sales account manager, viewed as an expert and is responsible for creating strategies for the region and executing the same in line with the overall sales goals of the organization.

- The role will focus on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts (classified into private, Strategic, Enterprise and government), and will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities for new products or emerging areas.

- This is a leadership role and reports directly to the head of sales who in turn reports into CEO of the organization. The position has a team of more than 25 members directly reporting into and around 10 members having dotted line reporting.

- It entails collaborating with leaders of various teams, namely product teams, operations and services, to increase revenues and margin for the organization in line with the bigger organizational strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Professionally qualified from Tier 1/2 campuses (BE+ full time MBA)

- 10+ years of post MBA experience in Sales & Marketing (majority in sales)

- Should have lead a business and team (directly or/and indirectly)

- Experience in adjacent industries would be an added advantage
