This role is responsible to create and implement business strategies around: a) Focus on delivering financial benefits through optimization of trade spends, trade focused customer marketing spends . Additionally, devise plans/strategies for maximizing margin &amp; mix improvement opportunities. b) Pricing. c) Build Analytics and data driven decision making capability in to drive effective execution in clusters and the frontline&nbsp; d) Drive capability building for the commercial function to adopt to evolving operating model and aid in upskilling of talent to deliver business goals. Build, assess and manage capability building for 3rd party sales teams . e) Responsible for implementing and managing critical tech business platforms for commercial TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS 1. Qualification- MBA from Tier 1/2 institute 2. Experience- 5-10 years of FMCG commercial knowledge + 2-3 years of analytics knowledge 3. Knowledge &amp; skills: a) Proven ability to structure thinking around complex issues b) Experience in incentive design for trade partners and sales force c) Possess exceptional problem-solving skills 4. Best suited for someone who has: a) Strong Sales capabilities b) Strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end. c) Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration. d) Is looking to deepen strategic sales skills in preparation for senior management roles
