- MBA with 5 years of experience of which 2 years of experience in Sales and / or Retailing
- Preferred Industries: Building Material / Consumer Durables sectors
Job Description:
Conversion to Franchise Stores:
- Convert existing top dealers to Franchise stores by effectively communicating value proposition for Franchise Stores.
- Develop and maintain list of potential Franchise partners
Store set up & Upgrades:
- Coordinate with executing agency, Franchise Partners, Sales team for in-time / in -cost set up of Franchise stores.
- Execute Franchise Store Launch plan
- Ensure timely upgrades for the Franchise Stores.
Business Planning for the Franchise Partner:
- Develop Joint Business Plan for the Franchise Partner with focus on route to profitability
- Prepares quarter-wise activity plan for the Franchise
- Coordinates with Central teams/ Sales teams to ensure adherence to Business plan.
Support Delivery of All Marketing & VM Campaigns:
- Monitors effectiveness of VM arrangement at stores and recommends changes.
- Executes Marketing/ promotional campaigns for the Franchise Partner.
SOP compliance and Training. Conversion to Franchise Stores:
- Executes Marketing/ promotional campaigns for the Franchise Partner.
- Training of Franchise partners for retailing systems and policies.
- Ensure SOP compliance for Lead generation, conversion
- Drive Retailing agenda - POS usage, customer feedback capture through retailing team at Franchise Partners.
