Experience in Consumer Goods / Durables Company

- Daily Review & MIS on Branch wise Billing, Collection, >150 days OS, Declaration Forms etc.

- Review & Approval of Monthly Provisions

- Collection Forecast for the Zone

- MIS on overdue trade outstanding.

- MIS on Credit Limits Exposure

- Preparation of Monthly P/L

- Review of Financials & Working Capital Management

- Linewise review of Critical Receivables reported by Branch Finance & Commercial

- Linewise review of Declaration Forms & reporting

- Unlinked Credit Analysis & Reporting

- Visit to Branches for Review

- Linewise Review of Receivables & Declaration Forms.

- Visit to Channel Partners INCL. DOMES & Major customers

- Job Status Report

- Review of Branch F&C Activities

- Training Needs Review & Chart Updation

- Review of Statutory GL codes clearing, Compliance of Clause 49 confirmation.

- Review of Credit Policy

- Balance Score Card Review & Updation – Quarterly

- Attending Statutory / Internal Audits – Quarterly/Yearly

- Organising Zonal F&C Meet – Half Yearly

- Organizing Internal Locations Assessments (ILA) - Half Yearly

- Budget Preparation – Yearly

- Appraisals of Subordinates – Yearly

- Critical Incident Note
