Position: Regional Finance Controller  Qualf: CA   Exp: 4+ years post qualification exp in hotel industry or any other consumer facing industry  Reporting to: Head - Finance(BU)  Location: Delhi Regional Office  Travel: 10 days a month to the resorts & the branches  Will be responsible for the Regional Finance for 5 branches and 9 resorts in North.  Team: Branch & Resort location Finance  - Approval of monthly booking and provision of Expenses, monthly books of accounts closure.  - Monitoring and assurance of timely payments of Vendors and Employees reimbursement.  - Incentive calculations of Sales, Marketing and Channel partner  - Accuracy & Redressal of Grievances.  - Monitoring and review of Sales Process Compliance.  - Review and assurance of Correct & Timely Payment update in CRM and ERP.  - Ensuring Statutory Compliances in all Branches. Ensuring no Internal / Statutory Audit Points in all Branches.  - Participate in monthly sales closure activity, publishing Sales report of branches.  - Control over fund provided to Marketing, tracking CPS, ensuring effective and genuine spends
