Regional Director - Construction - Contracting Firm (20-25 yrs)
- To handle the design & build for large B to B Construction Company (Hyderabad Region)
- Should have demonstrated the ability to handle 5 - 7 projects at the same time
- Ability to handle clients & high level of customer centricity
- Ability to handle client escalations independently
- Ensure that the billing is done Right & Collections are made on a timely manner
- Ensure the quality of work is is completed with High Precision & Accuracy with least defects
- Should have experience in handling ISO Audits & Quality Audits
- Ensure the Safety Standards are met as defined by the client from time to time
- Ensure the work force is happy & excited under ones leadership
- Should be Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate, minimum of 20 years of experience in the Construction & Interiors industry ( out of which Min. 5 Years in a leadership Role )
- Role is based out of Hyderabad
